Marketing & Communications Intern – GENRTR (native Dutch)

With GENRTR, we are building Europe's most scalable partner network for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. We activate best-in-market offers within authenticated Closed User Groups (CUGs), such as employer communities, banks and insurers, loyalty platforms, and (semi-)public communities across Europe and the US. A smarter and more sustainable alternative to traditional DTC and performance marketing: more control over reach, better margins, and measurable additional revenue, without retail conflict and brand risk.

About the Role

At Candid, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern for GENRTR. GENRTR is one of Candid's newest commercial propositions and plays a crucial role in our group's growth ambitions.

What You'll Do

We offer a hands-on internship for a minimum of 4 months. This internship is an exceptionally exciting opportunity to learn a great deal about the field and play a role in the growth of our companies. You will work closely with GENRTR's Commercial Director and will be responsible for content planning and execution.  

You will maintain the content calendar, create text and image proposals for LinkedIn posts, and update the website. You will monitor, analyze, and critically review the results of all our marketing and communication activities. Additionally, you will support the team with client events, creating promotional materials, sending newsletters, and developing creative ideas and proposals.

What You Bring

• You are at least a 2nd-year university student in the field of: Marketing, Communication, Media, or Commerce.
• You are motivated and eager to learn new things.
• You have an affinity for digital marketing, social media, and business writing.
• You write easily and can formulate concisely in flawless Dutch and preferably also English.
• You are creative on social media: headings, GIFs, videos, and photos hold no secrets for you.
• You are available for a minimum of 4 months.
• Experience with Canva and WordPress is a plus.
