Customer Success Manager – GENRTR
GENRTR is the Private Network Commerce channel for enterprise Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. With GENRTR, we are building Europe's most scalable partner network. We activate best-in-market offers within authenticated Closed User Groups (CUGs), such as employer communities, banks and insurers, loyalty platforms, and (semi-)public communities across Europe and the USA. This offers a smarter and more sustainable alternative to traditional DTC and performance marketing: more control over reach, better margins, and measurable additional revenue, without retail conflict and brand risk.
About the role
For GENRTR, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. This role offers ample opportunities for personal growth and development within a dynamic and innovative environment.
What you'll do
- You will build and maintain strong relationships to help clients with their onboarding, campaigns, and growth scenarios at GENRTR.
- Takes full responsibility for creating, optimizing, implementing, and managing the entire customer development process.
- Develops and maintains excellent knowledge and skills regarding GENRTR solutions and propositions, our technology, digital media, and advertising in general, ensuring you are always able to solve client challenges.
- Collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain a rapid feedback loop.
- You help clients leverage GENRTR to transform trusted communities into established sales channels, resulting in additional DTC revenue and valuable first-party data.
- Manages each individual client project from delivery to growth, adoption, and roadmap, with a focus on client development, integration, and growth.
About you
- You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in B2B client services or sales, targeting advertisers, retailers, and/or performance agencies.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in advertising technology and digital and advertising capabilities.
- Knowledge of digital and programmatic advertising and media planning (online and offline) is a plus.
- You are a self-starter with a service-oriented and commercial mindset.
- Driven to manage your clients, solve their online and local marketing challenges, and build long-term relationships.
- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Confident, but not arrogant, able to act quickly.
- Native Dutch and fluent English, both written and spoken; any other language is a bonus.
- You have an extreme focus on detail and a collaborative working style.
- Substantive knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications, and automation.
